Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using TTMSHub you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you have the authority to bind the business on whose behalf you use the service, and that you accept these Terms. If you use TTMSHub on behalf of an organization, "you" refers to that organization.

2. Description of the Service

TTMSHub is a social media management platform that lets you connect social and business accounts — including Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Threads — and create, schedule, publish, and analyze content, manage conversations, generate QR codes and landing pages, and run digital signage from one workspace. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@brdigitals.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Workspace owners control who can access their workspace and what roles and permissions team members have.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use TTMSHub to:

• violate any law, regulation, or the rights of others;
• publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or infringing;
• send spam or engage in deceptive, manipulative, or fraudulent activity;
• probe, disrupt, or circumvent the security of the service, or access it by automated means other than our documented interfaces;
• resell, sublicense, or provide the service to third parties except as permitted by your plan;
• connect accounts you do not own or are not authorized to manage.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

5. Third-Party Platform Connections

TTMSHub connects to third-party platforms through their official APIs using the permissions you approve. Your use of each connected platform remains governed by that platform's own terms and policies, including the Meta Platform Terms for Instagram and Facebook, and the terms of Google, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest. You are responsible for complying with those terms for every account you connect.

Platforms may change or revoke API access, impose rate limits, or reject content at any time; TTMSHub is not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms. You can disconnect any platform at any time from the Channels page — see our Data Deletion Instructions.

6. Your Content and Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you create, upload, or publish through TTMSHub. You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the service — for example, to publish a post you schedule to a platform you connected. You represent that you have the rights needed to publish the content you submit.

TTMSHub, its software, design, and branding are the property of BR Digitals Inc and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent.

7. Subscription and Billing

TTMSHub offers a free trial and paid subscription plans billed in advance on a recurring basis. Plan prices and features are described on our pricing page. The free trial does not require a credit card.

You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing info@brdigitals.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and prior charges are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before the next billing cycle.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will be published at the exact scheduled time, and we make no guarantees about results, reach, or engagement on any connected platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BR Digitals Inc will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you have not paid us.

10. Termination

You may stop using TTMSHub and delete your account at any time — see the Data Deletion Instructions. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service, in which case we will give you reasonable notice where practicable. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) survive.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you by email or an in-app notice before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
