Self-Serve: Disconnect a Connected Account in TTMSHub

To delete the data for a single connected social account (for example, your Instagram account) without deleting your whole TTMSHub account:

  1. Sign in to TTMSHub and go to Manage → Channels (ttmshub.com/manage/channels).
  2. Find the connected account you want to remove and open Manage channel.
  3. Select Disconnect to remove the connection and delete its stored access tokens, or Remove to also remove the channel from your workspace.
  4. Confirm when prompted. The deletion takes effect immediately.

Disconnecting deletes the stored access tokens for that account right away, and the stored profile information (username, account ID, profile picture, metrics) is no longer used or refreshed. You can reconnect the account at any time, which starts a completely fresh authorization.

Email Request: Delete Your Entire Account and Data

To request deletion of your entire TTMSHub account and all associated data:

  1. Send an email to info@brdigitals.com from the email address registered on your TTMSHub account.
  2. Use the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
  3. Optionally include your workspace name to help us locate your account faster.

We will verify the request, process it within 30 days, and send you an email confirmation once the deletion is complete.

Revoke TTMSHub From Instagram or Facebook Directly

You can also revoke TTMSHub's access from the platform itself, without signing in to TTMSHub:

Instagram

  1. Open Instagram and go to Settings.
  2. Select Apps and websites(under "Website permissions" on some versions).
  3. Find TTMSHub in the Active list and select Remove.

Facebook

  1. Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings.
  2. Select Apps and websites.
  3. Find TTMSHub and select Remove.

Revoking access invalidates the tokens TTMSHub holds for that platform. To also remove the data stored in TTMSHub, disconnect the channel in the app (method 1) or email us a deletion request (method 2).

What Is Deleted, and When

When you disconnect a connected account (self-serve, immediate):

  • the OAuth access tokens stored for that account are deleted immediately;
  • the connection is removed, and the stored platform profile data (username, account ID, profile picture, follower/post counts) stops being used or refreshed and is removed with the channel record.

When you request full account deletion (within 30 days):

  • your TTMSHub account, workspaces, and profile information;
  • all connected-platform data, including every stored access token, profile record, and cached metric;
  • your scheduled and draft content and uploaded media;
  • usage logs linked to your identity.

We may retain limited records where the law requires it (for example, billing and tax records) and residual copies in encrypted backups, which are purged on a rolling schedule. Content already published to your social accounts remains on those platforms and is governed by their policies.
