Privacy Policy
[Last updated: August 18, 2026]
TTMSHub is a social media management platform that helps businesses connect, manage, and publish to their social accounts from one workspace. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to the TTMSHub website and application at ttmshub.com.
In short: we collect only what we need to run the service, we encrypt your social account credentials, we never sell your personal data, and you can delete your data at any time — see our Data Deletion Instructions.
Who We Are
TTMSHub is a product of BR Digitals Inc, a company registered in California, USA. BR Digitals Inc is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

What Data We Collect
Account information
When you create a TTMSHub account we collect your name, email address, password (stored as a secure hash), workspace and organization details, and billing information if you subscribe to a paid plan.
Connected-platform data
When you connect a social account (Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Threads), we collect the data those platforms make available under the permissions you approve. Depending on the platform, this can include your public profile information (username, display name, account ID, profile picture), the pages, channels, boards, or business locations you manage, your posts and media, and post or account metrics such as follower and post counts.
OAuth access tokens
Connecting a platform issues TTMSHub an OAuth access token. We store these tokens encrypted at rest and use them only to provide the features you request, such as displaying your connected account and publishing the content you schedule. Your social media passwords never pass through TTMSHub.
Usage data
We collect log and usage information such as pages viewed, actions taken in the workspace, IP address, browser type, and device information. We use this to secure, operate, and improve the service.
Data From Meta Platforms (Instagram and Facebook)
TTMSHub integrates with Instagram and Facebook using official Meta APIs. We request only the permissions needed for the features you use. For example, the instagram_business_basicpermission lets TTMSHub access your Instagram professional account's username, account ID, name, profile picture, account type, media, and follower, following, and post counts.
We use this Meta platform data solely to:
- display your connected Instagram or Facebook account inside your TTMSHub workspace, so you can confirm which account is connected;
- let you manage that account from TTMSHub, including creating, scheduling, and publishing the content you choose;
- show you metrics and insights for the accounts and posts you manage.
We do not sell Meta platform data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except as required to operate the service (see the sharing section below). We retain it only while your account is connected, and we delete it when you disconnect the account or delete your TTMSHub account. TTMSHub complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies, including their data deletion requirements — see our Data Deletion Instructions.
How We Use Your Data
- To provide, operate, and maintain the TTMSHub service.
- To connect your social accounts and publish, schedule, and manage content on your behalf, at your direction.
- To show analytics and reports for the accounts you manage.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To communicate with you about your account, service updates, and support requests.
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Storage, Security, and Retention
Your data is stored on secured servers. OAuth tokens and other social account credentials are encrypted at rest with modern authenticated encryption, are never exposed to your browser, and are accessible only to the server-side systems that need them. Access to production systems is restricted, and connections to the service use HTTPS.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you disconnect a social account, its stored tokens are removed; when you delete your TTMSHub account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where a longer retention period is required by law (for example, billing records). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard safeguards.
Your Rights and Choices
You can, at any time:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data from your account settings, or by contacting us.
- Delete your data — disconnect individual social accounts from the Channels page, or request full account deletion. See the Data Deletion Instructions.
- Export a copy of your data by emailing info@brdigitals.com.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@brdigitals.com from the email address on your account. We respond within 30 days.

International Data Transfers
TTMSHub is operated from the United States. If you access the service from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses for transfers of personal data from the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal data on these legal bases: performance of our contract with you (providing the service), our legitimate interests (securing and improving the service), your consent (connecting social accounts, which you may withdraw at any time by disconnecting them), and compliance with legal obligations.
In addition to the rights above, you have the right to restrict or object to processing, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Contact info@brdigitals.com to exercise these rights.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; the right to request deletion of your personal information; the right to correct inaccurate information; and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA. To submit a request, email info@brdigitals.comwith the subject "CCPA Request" from the email address on your account. We will verify and respond to your request within the timeframes required by law.
